* Maintenance Contract idea is to cover all expense for PBX configuration and maintenance. We set only one restriction to avoid abuse: works for up to 1 hour at a time, up to 12 times a year are free of charge what makes the volume of work up to 768 EUR.

Maintenance agreement is a contract for the work done for free. Price list will be settled if the volume exceeds the Contract work ordered.


Warranty and Repair

Warranty period

All works made my ELISTA have 24 month warranty. New items purchased from ELISTA have a warranty period given by the manufacturer. In general, the warranty given by the manufacture is 12 months.

Used, reconditioned, and/or repair equipment has a warranty from 3 to 12 months. Pleas specify the terms individually.

Warrant service

ELISTA organizes the warranty service for all items bought from ELISTA and all works made by ELISTA.
