• Remote data queries and any configuration changes to an existing configuration
• On-site equipment maintenance and spare parts guarantee exchange
• One visit with quarterly technical work to all clients who have a permanent contract with a volume of more than 199 euros per calendar month.

Warranty and Repair

Warranty period

All works made my ELISTA have 24 month warranty. New items purchased from ELISTA have a warranty period given by the manufacturer. In general, the warranty given by the manufacture is 12 months. As an exception, Wildix offers a warranty of up to 60 months on all of its devices.

Used, reconditioned, and/or repair equipment has a warranty from 3 to 12 months. Please specify the terms individually.

Warrant service

ELISTA organizes the warranty service for all items bought from ELISTA and all works made by ELISTA.
